I have checked security under 'File' and 'Properties' and the security is set to 'No Security' and can be opened by "all versions of Acrobat".

So what I am doing is. - open my PDF document in Acrobat Pro DC. - Click on Prepare Form. - Add my text fields. - Add an 'image' field. - Save as other - Reader Extended - Enable more tools (includes form fill-ins & save)... - Gave it a name. Opened it in Adobe Reader XI.

  5. May 11, 2020 · I have a form I created from excel into a fillable PDF in Acrobat Pro DC and have been noticing a trend when the form is filled in and returned to me. When I receive an email with the form I can preview the PDF and it shows that the fields are correctly filled in. However, when I open, or save, or print the PDF the fields are blank.

They save the file to their own device, open it in DC viewer and fill in the feilds. They then save the completed file and upload it back into the learning platform.

  8. Mar 29, 2019 · a box will appear wherein you will fill in a password for the document. Follow the instructions and although the blue areas still appear, they can not be edited. Make a copy of your document before you star the process so the copy in your computer can still be modified.

Instead I get a small window that says "Properties:No Current selection". How can change the font on a fillable PDF or make it possible that I can choose other fonts, font sizes or color.

  10. Feb 18, 2019 · Thanks for the suggestion TSN, I downloaded Adobe reader from the play store and it worked like a charm. Boss was able to successfully print a legible fillable form. It appears Apples PDF reader software was the problem.
