Duplicate Cleaner has three types of scanning mode: Regular Mode, Image Mode and Audio Mode. Regular mode will find duplicates by comparing the actual content of the files, or by attributes such as file name, date and size.

The Duplicate Files tab is the main area you will be working with the duplicate files. The list contains ALL copies of a file found - so you should ensure you leave at least one file in each group if you want to retain a copy.
Selection assistant. The Selection Assistant sidebar is located to the left of the Duplicate Files Tab. Click on the left arrow button to hide it. If it isn't shown, click on the assistant silhouette button to display it: Undo last select operation.
