Jun 8, 2017 · As per the description, you are converting a single excel page into a pdf but it results into 9 pdf pages as well as the fonts are bigger in the resultant pdf, is that correct? If using Acrobat to convert Excel to PDF, try changing the following setting and see if that works: 1- Launch Acrobat>click Edit>Preferences>Convert to PDF
Jul 20, 2017 · in the Acrobat PDF Maker dialog box, select Fit Worksheet to a single page, to ensure the full worksheet fits on the page. Also if you are using 'Paper width' as a setting, check in the Page Layout ribbon in Excel what (page) Size, Margins, Orientation you've got selected as this has an impact on the PDF output that is generated from Excel.
Apr 29, 2023 · Previously, I was able to save Word, Powerpoint and Excel files as PDF files. For some reason, I now cannot convert Excel files to PDF, but can still convert Word and Powerpoint. After saving my Excel file, I choose "Save Adobe PDF", and the following window pops up: I then click "Convert to PDF", and I am promtped for a file name and location.

Open Excel sheet, click on Acrobat PDFMaker tab>Preferences, under "Settings" tab click on "Advanced Settings" then Click on Fonts category and make sure "Embed all fonts" and "Subset embedded fonts when the percent of characters used is less than: ... " are checked.

I have an Excel document formatted to fit A4 paper (297 x 210mm or 11.69 x 8.27in) but when the document is converted to PDF either by "Export", "Save as PDF" or "Microsoft Print to PDF", the resultant PDF document dimensions are Letter size of 215.9 x 279.4mm or 11.0 x 8.5in.

Dec 12, 2019 · Yes, having same problem. Photo images dissappearing when saving to PDF using excel add-in "Save to PDF". However, if we Print to a PDF they are still there? However, we save multiple excel sheets per report we produce so doing this individually is really slow. This is now happened on 4 computers in our office so it must be due to the update?
Hi Ajlan I’m using Acrobat XI Pro. I have a word doc with an excel file embedded (i.e. double click and the file opens) I don’t want the pages of the excel file displayed unless the reader of the document chooses to open the attachment.
Apr 27, 2014 · Relax, they weren't converted to PDF. You can tell by right clicking ANY of them and choosing "Properties". You'll see there that they're STILL .xls or .xlsx files.
Sep 28, 2017 · I believe you have more control over the resulting PDF if you first set your Page Break and Print Areas in Excel itself. You can see the Page Break Preview in the View ribbon, and drag the page break lines to other points.
