Nov 22, 2019 · In program with newly saved file, Right click document & choose COPY TEXT FROM this page or all of printout. Open NEW FILE IN WORD and Paste (Ctrl +V) and you should have the text within the image; *TIPS - editing a document image within WORD is helpful to ensure the image has a good contrast and definition; also, I like to turn all images into greyscale which can be found under the options.
Feb 7, 2020 · We tried to manually change a JPEG file to a Word document, but we're also unable to open the converted file via Word app. We did this by just manually changing the file type of the document (e.g changed Image.JPG into Image.docx).
Nov 25, 2013 · With your Word document in the foreground, tap Alt+Print Srceen. This will save an image of the current application windows (e.g. Word with its document) onto the clipboard. Open Paint and use Ctrl+V to paste the clipboard's image into a new image file. You can crop, resize, etc and save in any of a variety of image formats.
Nov 13, 2012 · To convert the inserted objects as images, you may use the short cut key on the keyboard. Click the embedded object you want to convert. Press CTRL+SHIFT+F9. Once the Object is converted to images, you may later save it to desired file format by right clicking on the object and click on s ave picture as and select the format.

Jan 5, 2019 · Whether it can be done for free or not is rather determined by what is in the image. If the aim is to print the text, what you appear to require is OCR (optical character reading) to convert the file to text which can be inserted and printed from Word or any other program that accepts text input. There are lots of OCR options around.

Sep 30, 2014 · I've saved some webpages into Word documents (I highlight the page & then copy and paste it into the Word document (this also includes any images, I don't do the images separately)). I hope you understand what I'm describing. I'd like to know how to save a image that's in a Word document as an actual picture file (e.g., a jpg file)?
One way is to put the file in a folder, then open that folder, then go to tools at the top and click it, then click folder options, then click the "View" tab at the top, then scroll down about halfway, and uncheck "Hide extensions for know file types", go back to where you can see your pdf or jpeg file in your folder, and rename or put .(some file type) instead of .pdf or.jpg.
