And download the windows movie maker classic 2016 Scanned for virus/Rather Edge browser did and was OK. It seems to work OK on my win 10 1909 OK. Here are some screenshots I did - I have no idea if will load saved videos you did before.

Jun 5, 2016 · Those of us who have done lots of fun video editing with Windows Movie Maker 6 know that it is the best User Interface ever created by Microsoft. It also works well on Windows 10. A very fast installation into the Programs Folder. (64 bit version can still be downloaded - do a google search)
Sep 30, 2017 · Essentials includes other things like Messenger and Mail that need you account details to work, but Movie Maker doesn't need them. In fact, it's best to only install the Movie Maker/Gallery package, the rest are very unlikely to work properly with the latest Windows 10 anyway - in fact this is probably why the sign in got stuck.
