Mar 25, 2022 · I've ordered from both, including same-day delivery by Best Buy and have had good experiences with both. I've never had a problem with a return at Best Buy and they always price match if applicable. Choice drivers for me are product availability and convenience; both stores are within 5 miles of my house, but Best Buy has easier parking.
Jun 13, 2017 · -Best Buy will occasionally put Apple products on sale. Other than their refurb store, Apple has almost no sales other than the educational discount. -14 day return period + price match if item goes on sale (Elite Members get 30 days and Elite Plus get a 45 day return policy).

Sep 27, 2013 · No, it's not. I know friends who were screwed over by Best Buy claiming to have stock in- store, and that not being the case. Even standing IN THE STORE, the site would show phones in stock and it being a lie. The website isn't updated in real time, and definitely not fast enough to be accurate as the day goes on.
Apr 25, 2016 · You’re missing that the item *has* to be physically in stock at the opposing store in order for Best Buy to actually price match it, the exclusion is if the item is offered from Another online vendor or not in stock at the opposing store, Best Buy will _not_ match the price.
Feb 7, 2018 · I bought the base 13 inch from the Apple store about a week ago, just saw that at Best Buy it's on sale for $1100. Can I take it back to the store for a discount? Otherwise I'll have to return it :(, don't want to have to set up a new one again.
Mar 5, 2018 · I always buy from Apple Store but some big retailers have more than two-week of refund policy and sometimes they sell iPad and Mac at slightly lower price. So, I wonder if I should buy from them. I am also worry about the possibility of getting one with dead pixel and scratch.
Jul 20, 2023 · How is it that Costco can offer a 90 day return window on Apple products, while the Apple Store only offers 14 days? Buy this one metric, it seems that Costco slightly edges out Apple as the better retailer. Or am I missing something? Is there any advantage to buying a MacBook, iPhone, or iPad from the Apple Store?
May 7, 2020 · That said Apple's refurb pricing is usually best so if you can score that go with that. Right now you can stack rakuten cash back on top to get 2% in apple's refurb store. But getting current gen models in the refurb store is hard. I was waiting on the 16" to get back in there for several days now and it didn't.
Jan 15, 2012 · Just buy the Best Buy warranty with it. Covers accidental damage. Completely worth it. For the most part I think that open box items are a good deal. A lot of time somebody simply opened the box and for whatever reason had to return the item. Usually nothing wrong with the item at all. Even so, it's likely still under manufacturer's warranty ...
