Jan 4, 2022 · Zoho one sounds good on paper but in reality, every app takes time to learn, set up and might not fit your use case. Zoho also gives each app varying levels of attention and their QA is questionable in some of these apps. The alternatives out there might fit better, even if they cost more (Zoho might be your best option though) 2. Reply.
Jul 31, 2023 · What we learned is that many facets were pretty good but not as good as some other services that specialize in such areas. For example, email marketing was good there but not as good as mail chimp or mailer lite. Another example was forms, zoho forms are good but not great like typeform or jotform who specialize in such.

Jul 10, 2019 · 25 Users. We use Zoho Mail, Zoho CRM, Zoho Projects, Zoho Salesiq, Zoho Cliq, Zoho MarketingHub, Zoho Workdrive and a few others. We use Zoho Desk to process ~200 tickets a day. We have heavily integrated our business back-end with Zoho's products and are extremely happy. Highly recommend Zoho.
Jan 5, 2021 · Having (re)discovered zoho recently, I am floored by the value provided, especially via One. However, despite the "50 million users" claim, I cannot find a single peer of mine that uses zoho in any capacity (maybe this is due to my location and industry), so it's been hard to develop the sort of social proof that I usually find when evaluating common opinions of software services, e.g. what is great, what is problematic, where are the hurdles to be addressed, etc.
