May 5, 2019 · After you donwload the sub the download window stays open thus letting you check whether the downloaded subtitle is the one you are looking for. Also, subtitles can be rated, so if you see a 5/5 one, 99% chance you wont have any issues with it. I highly suggest it, been using it since years.

The original YIFY/YTS website was shut down by the Motion Picture Association of America (MPAA) in 2015; however, numerous websites imitating the YIFY/YTS brand still receive a significant amount of traffic.

Jun 16, 2020 · Unfortunately YTS only started to use 5.1 in 1080p recently, so older releases use stereo AAC at 128 kbps, which even then are better than the old YIFY rips. So I hope this information is somewhat useful and certain people understand that YTS is an actually acceptable choice for what they offer if people want to consume these rips.

Feb 2, 2024 · I really don't see the point in torrenting movies/tv shows when you can stream them in 1080p and 4k turn subtitles on multi language not just english and for free and even download them (only some are to be clear) if you wanted. index steaming site's are literally better than paid steaming service's now days.
Mar 16, 2021 · Subtitles For the past two weeks, most Stremio addon links don't show subtitle icon (button at the bottom right) even for popular titles and using YTS or Piratebay addons tried reinstalling addons, reinstalling app, older version.
Jul 17, 2021 · That being said, some time ago YTS people switched from 2.0 to 5.1 audio. Not sure if that was the only change. However, since then YTS releases are almost identical to RARBG releases in terms of size and quality. I prefer RARBG due to better retention and included subtitles.
I get to a foreign language section and turn on subtitles and rewind to that section, but then get English SDH for the next episode, and have to turn them off again. /rantover On a side note, it is really common with professional subtitles, like those ripped off Apple, to have really bad substitutions for character names.
Jul 23, 2021 · While I see and understand the objective criticism against yts, and how a decent WebRIP / BrRip looks better, I don't understand the hate for yts. Yts was my primary torrent source back in 2014-15 when I was an absolute noob who torrented on my phone (which had about 32 gb of storage) and the crappy earphones that came in the box, small file sizes with high seed counts were a godsend.
