Sep 17, 2021 · Yeah I was able to fix the yellow background within the photos app that was a windows color management issue. Once I set that to sRGB IEC61966-2.1 the yellowing went away in the photos app but the PDF yellowing was still present. So there definitely is an issue within Acrobat

The above option only fixes some of the simpler documents from my end created from Word documents. The more complex PDF documents with graphics, logos, colored fonts will still retain that weird yellow background.

I have tried a few recommended ways to get rid of a yellowish background on an essay I typed. I have tried ctrl + A followed by ctrl + spacebar. I have tried ctrl + q also.
Jul 10, 2012 · Choose the Layers category, "Put objects on layer" and press ADD. In the "Objects identified by a check" dropdown, select your "yellow boxes" check. In the Layer name field, type "yellow boxes". Click OK, then click the Fix button to run it. You'll get a message to save/close and reopen the file.

Because it is by default in latest updated outlook version. On the other hand, I understand your concern and dissatisfaction.
