Feb 25, 2022 · If you can confirm that your birthdate is an adult, kindly repair the Xbox App by following the steps below: Settings > Apps & Features > Apps > Search for "Xbox" > Advanced Options > Repair. After that, sign out your account on the Xbox App then sign back in. Check if you can now install Xbox Game Pass games.
Oct 24, 2022 · This is where we will install Ubisoft games that are currently included on Xbox Game Pass. Once you have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, kindly search for the game again on Xbox App, it will redirect you again to Ubisoft Connect App, sign in under the correct Ubisoft account linked to your Xbox profile and you should have the option to install the game now through Ubisoft Connect.
Can't download a game on GamePass because of age restrictions that I haven't set up. I've seen this issue online and the only fix for other people was by updating their date of birth (even though they were old enough in the first place) I've triedc to do this but I had to change my secondary email as I don't use the one that it was currently set to anymore.
Dec 30, 2019 · Repair Xbox app (Settings > Apps > Xbox> Advanced Options > Repair) Swapping to US region (I purchased Game Pass in Ireland, which is the region I usually use) And of course restarting; I'm running Windows 10 Professional on the latest version of Windows (according to Windows update) 1909 (OS build 18363.535). Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Oct 31, 2021 · When ever I try to Install an EA game with the Xbox game pass the EA desktop app opens and says that I need to buy the game or subscribe to EA play and does not give me an option to install. My Xbox account and my EA accounts are connected I have reinstalled the Xbox app and EA Desktop and have not been able to find a solution to this problem.
Apr 3, 2024 · I have installed Xbox app, bought game pass. I have installed Battle.net. I have linked the accounts to each other. When I go to try and download the game in the Xbox app, the install button disappears for half a second, and the que management shows like it might try and download something but blinks back to its default state.

Nonostante, come da screenshot io abbia una connessione in fibra ottica ad 1Gbps l' app di xbox scarica a velocità follemente lente, il problema si pone solo ed esclusivamente con tale app poichè da altre competitor scarico normale ad 80/90 MB/s.
Mar 5, 2023 · To be clear, when I download a game it downloads at a speed of 10 MBs per second, but that makes other tasks that need internet (like watching a stream or a video) much slower. That's why I want to limit the download speed to about 6 Mbs per second so that I can perform other tasks on the internet like I would normally while the download takes place.
Olá, estou tendo problemas com o download na xbox game pass para PC. Simplesmente não consigo realizar o download de nenhum jogo, pois fica travado em 0 B/S o download. Segue: https://prnt.sc/w3dwoi. Além disse, tenho uma internet de 240 MEGAS e o máximo de download por segundo que consigo na game pass é 2 mb/s.
