I went looking on some forums to find a solution and saw that you can limit the bandwidth if you go to Windows>Settings>Windows Update>Advanced options>Delivery Optimization>Advanced options.

Oct 17, 2024 · Steam gives me a download speed of 80-90 MBPS but xbox speed is at a constant low, it spikes to high speeds for a second or two and then comes down and reaches 0 as well for a brief moment, it's honestly annoying because I recently renewed my PC gamepass as well!
Jan 5, 2022 · Every other app or download source has much more reliable download speeds (Steam gets 35 MB/s, for example). I've seen hundreds of posts about users having the same issue going back 3 years. I've tried their troubleshooting and fixes such as Delivery Optimization settings, Group Policy edits, and MS Store downloads (outdated as option is no longer there), but nothing has worked.

I have Win 11, Ultimate subscription I can't download games through the Xbox app on my PC. I start the installation and download, the preparation is 0% and nothing changes. The application was reinstalled.
