The Jiah Khan death case has seen a new turn with the CBI filing its chargesheet on December 9. The CBI has charged Jiah's boyfriend Sooraj Pancholi with abetment to suicide under section 306 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC). Sooraj was in court earlier today to collect the chargesheet.
