The new USPTO Open Data Portal is what you need. https://data.uspto.gov. I have been using the BETA version of the ODP for a while now. It is really simple to use, and quite responsive. I was able to quickly setup the API in hoppscotch and explore the data. I have a couple gripes, but overall, it is a huge improvement over prior offerings.

I only see the city, state and country on the published patents and patent applications, and don't receive any mails from the USPTO nor my lawyers, so my guess is that indicating my city, state and country would suffice.
Jun 17, 2023 · I was asked to file several documents that weren't contained in my provisional patent application. To E-File the documents, the letter must include a "Applicant response to Pre-Exam Formalities Notice". Where do I find that document, and where should I submit everything? Haven't been able to find that information in the E-Filling system. Thanks!

The image version of the patent can only be downloaded once the patent is viewed through those two pop-up windows and the specific selection is made for the viewing of the .pdf document of the patent.
