Nov 19, 2021 · UPS has business and warehouse stops to tend to, makes up half of our pickups and deliveries. Many times drivers must break off, so those 10 stops Amazon gives you wouldn’t work for UPS. The UPS driver may need to split for a misload, an on-demand pickup or a reroute.

Oct 24, 2022 · Every time they ship out with UPS I receive my tracking number, and every time I check it I get this message: "We are unable to complete your tracking request at this time. Please try again later." In these cases, the delivery is happening, the order always arrives, and the tracking number never updates or ends up working.
Oct 16, 2022 · Amazon's tracking bot is getting the same message you are, by the way, and their bots are just going to keep advancing the expected delivery date until the tracking number shows up in the UPS system. Nobody at Amazon has actually verified that your package is in a UPS pickup load.
May 16, 2021 · When tracking a package it used to be that you could view the detailed scans (which included the approximate container scans). Now it says On the Way. Clicking on view details doesn't give any useful information... Or does it? This trick works whether you have just a tracking number or click on the tracking logged in through UPS My Choice.

Nov 9, 2018 · I have been checking the tracking status daily, and I noticed that they have not updated the tracking data since the departure scan on 11/07 around 2 in the morning. This is odd, seeing as when I shipped my product to Nintendo, there was an arrival and departure scan updated daily on the tracking page.
Jan 29, 2021 · Typical stupid UPS garbage. Just like on the web site home page when you click on "Login/Signup", it takes you to the signup page first with a really small hyperlink for "Login". I am guessing that at least 99% of the people going to the link on the home page are doing it to login and NOT signup.
Aug 29, 2022 · The UPS store says a driver picks up all the packages from their place at six so they don't care after that and wouldn't even check to make sure it got picked up. The 800 number still says it was dropped off at the UPS store with no other info and that i should just keep waiting.
