So, there is a slight ray of hope that we’ll make it to next round but can’t be sure. The delay in processing is consuming the peace of mind.
In other words, don't use internet provider email service. For years now, services such as Outlook.com, Gmail, Yahoo etc have been far better than any internet provider email. All these free email services can be used with your email program of choice (e.g. Outlook, Thunderbird, Mail app, emClient, Gmail mobile app).
