19:1 كهيعص. Kaf, Ha, Ya, 'Ayn, Sad. 19:2 ذِكْرُ رَحْمَتِ رَبِّكَ عَبْدَهُ زَكَرِيَّا. [This is] a mention of the mercy of your Lord to His servant Zechariah. 19:3 إِذْ نَادَىٰ رَبَّهُ نِدَاءً خَفِيًّا. When he called to his Lord a private supplication.
Saying: "My Lord! Indeed my bones have grown feeble, and grey hair has spread on my head, And I have never been unblest in my invocation to You, O my Lord! وَإِنِّي خِفْتُ الْمَوَالِيَ مِن وَرَائِي وَكَانَتِ امْرَأَتِي عَاقِرًا فَهَبْ لِي مِن لَّدُنكَ وَلِيًّا ﴿5﴾. "And Verily! I fear my relatives after me, since my wife is barren.

Surah Maryam Translated in English. 19:1. كهيعص. Kāf, Hā, Yā, ʿAyn, Ṣād. 19:2. ذِكْرُ رَحْمَتِ رَبِّكَ عَبْدَهُ زَكَرِيَّا. [This is] a mention of the mercy of your Lord to His servant Zechariah. 19:3. إِذْ نَادَىٰ رَبَّهُ نِدَاءً خَفِيًّا. When he called to his Lord a private call [i.e., supplication]. 19:4.
