SPARSH is a web-based system for pensioners of defence personnel and civilians. It provides information, services and grievance redressal related to pension, disability, family pension, OROP and other benefits.
Accordingly, SPARSH has been successfully disbursing monthly pension to over 5 lakh pensioners, including 4.47 lakh pensioners migrated from legacy system to SPARSH (post 01.01.2016 retirees) upto 31 March 2022.
