This is actually a unique answer (uses pip3 not pip) and references the change in package name "scimitar-learn" which pip3 flags in a response "The 'sklearn' PyPI package is deprecated, use 'scikit-learn' rather than 'sklearn' for pip commands." So this should actually be the right answer.
