While we can call Shweta a villian in Ash's story the truth is legally and ethically Shweta and her children have an equal right on the Bachchan legacy and property as Abhishek and his child. Note how in the last few years Navya too has been owning the Bachchan legacy and making full use of it.
Jan 23, 2023 · In the eyes of the public she's still Shweta nanda. Bachchans and Kapoors have a cordial relationship. I remember at Paa's screening, the entire Kapoor khandaan showed up including Randhir Kapoor who's pretty close to Jaya. I think Shweta and her husband had a very amicable separation so theyr both okay with each other's families.
But she isn’t the average Indian girl who’s married off at 19 / 21 / 23 na. I’m not talking about some neighbour’s daughter who “returned” from a bad marriage, two kids in tow, and now she’s living off her father’s / brother’s income. She’s a Bachchan, let alone a Nanda. Money is managed differently amongst the HNIs.

Apr 17, 2022 · However, it is common knowledge that Shwethdi and her husband are seperated since ages. Someone on the sub pointed out that her kids, Navya and Agastya are more Bachchan than Nanda. I understand the kids were present at the wedding but since Shweta is seperated from her husband, why was she present in all of the RanAlia wedding functions?
I don’t think so, cause parampara, prathista & Anusashan. AB and Aish might have even separated but i don’t see divorce possible due to Bachchan family. I heard even Shweta has been separated from her husband for long time but no words of divorce.

Shweta and Nikhil separated eons ago. They do not have any relationship but didn’t divorce each other to retain the happy family image. Amitabh and Jaya live in separate rooms in their house since many many years. Amar Singh who was super close with Bachchans once blurted this out. Aishwarya doesn’t have a healthy relationship with Shweta.
Nov 6, 2021 · In fact one doesn’t see Mr. Nikhil Nanda in any of the family functions of the Bachchan family. So, is the marriage of Shweta & Nikhil, just a sham? Is the conservative nature of the Bachchan family & their public image a barrier for Shweta & Nikhil to legally separate? Or there’s nothing of this sort & both are in a happy marriage!
