- Registration on the portal: Visit the CRCS-Sahara Refund Portal at https://mocrefund.crcs.gov.in/ and begin the process by registering. Enter your 12-digit Aadhaar number and the registered mobile number.
- Enter personal details: After successful registration, log in to the portal using your Aadhaar number and registered mobile number. Accept the conditions and proceed to the next step, where you will need to enter your personal details.
- Submit claim details: In this step, you are required to submit the claim details. Provide information about the cooperative society you deposited with, including the membership number, receipt number, proof of deposit, deposit amount, and PAN (if the total claim amount across all societies exceeds Rs 50,000).
- Generate claim request form: After providing all necessary information, generate the claim request form. This form will consolidate all the details you have submitted so far.
Depositors can register on 'CRCS-Sahara Refund Portal' portal and file Sahara Group of Cooperative Societies claims to receive refunds within 45 days.
