Try not to spoil yourself with it, as it is has very major spoilers for the ending of The Seven Deadly Sins. The Grudge of Edinburgh is a follow up to the ending of The Seven Deadly Sins, which takes place a while after the Cursed By Light movie.

This is my understanding of how to watch the anime from my search results: (when I refer to the seasons, I'm using Netflix's seasons, so signs of holy war is just going to be called season 2)-Season 1
