This is anime is an adaptation of a visual novel, notorious for its tragic endings and this anime retains that reputation.
May 26, 2006 · School Days the manga is based off of a visual novel that also has a rather infamous anime adaption. For those of you who are unaware, it tells the story of a boy named Makoto. The girl who sits by him in class, Sekai, finds out he likes a girl called Kotonoha and helps Makoto become Kotonoha's boyfriend.

School Days doing this with high school relationships that are never always lovey-dovey, Shitcom is a bit more intricate as it is literally just toilet humour in the form of a unique absurdity, which seems to come out a lot in real life (the toilet humour, not the actual poop from mouths), possibly virtually everywhere, not a lot of anime will prove this though.
