You need to create your users on the IMAP server that Roundcube is configured to connect to and then login using those creds to login to Roundcube. Dec 1, 2012 · When configuring Outlook, make sure you select IMAP. The Internet Message Access Protocol (IMAP) allows an e-mail client to access e-mail on a remote mail server. That's how you keep Roundcube and Outlook synchronized. The e-mails are always handled on the server so it looks like they are in "sync" when using different client applications.

Make sure there's a default domain, and it's proper in main.inc.php. 3.) Double check your server settings in main.inc.php. 4.)
