Choose an installation directory. Copy AWEMAN32.DLL, RASHICON.DLL, and RASHPROP.DLL from from \SETUP folder on the disc to your chosen installation directory. Copy the contents of ROADRASH on the disc into your chosen install directory (the contents- so ROADRASH.EXE will be directly inside your chosen install directory).

Title basically!!!! Search the Internet Archive for old games. I believe abandonware should have it. Get the ps1 rom. It's pretty similar to the pc version. Use something like duckstation to play it. r/piratedgames. Read the megathread.
Two ways. Either buy the game on some site used or, if you have an old ps2, use the ps2, get a copy of the game for the ps2, and then emulate on your pc. That way its legal, as long as you dump bios and iso from your ps2 and disk respectively. Ah, good old days.

It was developed by Papyrus Design Group who did racing sims like NASCAR and similar, with an emphasis on realism.. and were early pioneers in 3d hardware accelerated graphics, so they probably brought a lot of tools and existing code/techniques to the game.
