So when I try to install this software in my laptop which I previously already used, I tried reinstalling cause I bought the same headphones 2 years ago... Now when I try to reinstall the software in my laptop it is not installing and it is showing me this problem.

Then Plug the USB Headphones into a USB slot. In around 10 or 15 seconds the OS will notify the user that HyperX 7.1 Audio is installed.
