My gamepad is plug and play device and support directx and it is stated on the gamepad manual that no further need for driver installation just connect and play.
If the wired controller was able to recognize using other computer proceed with the steps below. -Press Windows key + X. -Go to Device Manager. -Expand the Universal Bus Controller. -Look for USB 3.0 Extensible Host Controller and USB 3.0 Root hub. -Right click and Uninstall. After restart the driver will be automatically installed.
