Oct 27, 2022 · If a passenger has RAC status, it implies that the passenger can enter the train, and occupy a seat. After allotment of RAC status, passengers are given waitlist status. If the passenger has a WL (waitlist) ticket, it means that they are not granted a seat on the train.
