What is PM Kisan Yojana. The PM Kisan Yojana was launched in 2019 with the aim of providing direct income support to farmers across India. Under this scheme, farmers who meet certain eligibility criteria receive Rs. 6,000 per year in three equal installments of Rs. 2,000. This amount is directly transferred to their bank accounts to help them with farming expenses and other financial needs.
