the website constantly logs me out and when i try to log back in, it says "cant connect to the server" followed by a code, something like " 18.df4f4317.1700028389.2c52012" which changes every time. i talked to PS support and they said that they have been having issues for the last few days but it should be fixed in the next 1-2 days. here we are 2 weeks later and still have this issue.

I just didn't have the money to buy a PS on top of everything else until now and always bought an Xbox because I'm a big Halo fan. And the PlayStation support in Poland was a phone number I had to buy Skype credits to be able to call. Eventually, someone answered the phone. And luckily for me, I kept my Playstation 4 even when I bought the 5, so I read off my serial number, and 2 step verification was removed from my account.

Instead it makes me do 18 dice AND a 2-step (when that worked a week ago) I called Sony support, picked the option for password/account login problems, explained it all to them. They can't help, but they said they can forward the issue to the right department.
May 14, 2020 · IVE GOT A SOLUTION! so navigate to the social club through your browser, signin using your PSN account. Then go to account and change your email in there! They will send a verification email to the new email and then you can login with your new email! Then login to the launcher that way with the new email.
