Jul 12, 2024 · By default, this package uses ffmpeg-free, which has limited codec support. You can install OpenH264 to just add support for the AVC/H.264 codec, currently the most common video codec. If you want better support for this and other non-free codecs, you can use the RPM Fusion ffmpeg package.
