Aug 26, 2022 · Outlook works fine for these users when accessing it through a web browser on the same iPhone/iPad as well on their computer via outlook.office.com or the rich client app. We also found that they cannot log into the Outlook app on any of their iOS devices, even when they have more than one. (ie, the user has both an iPhone and an iPad.)

Apr 17, 2022 · I use Microsoft 365 Business Standard and I'm currently unable to login to my email account on the Outlook desktop app (Microsoft Outlook for Microsoft 365 MSO (Version 2203 Build 16.0.15028.20178) 64-bit) while I'm able to login on the Web App. Outlook simply says that "Something went wrong" and nothing else. Nov 28, 2023 · Removing the 'Work or School Account' has worked for me multiple times. Funny thing is, when you sign directly into OneDrive or any 365 apps, your login stays even though it never shows up under 'Work or School Account'. No idea if this is now depreciated, or what.
Feb 11, 2019 · So you're not in the right forum since this forum is for Outlook for Mac (the app), but it's OK. MS accounts are a notorious pain to use in a web browser. As you've found out, switching from one to the next is a challenging task. To work around the issue, I use Private navigation.
