Sugeest you could try these steps. 1) Delete all cookies and history related to OINP portal from all your browsers. 2) Restart your computer. 3) Open Microsoft Edge and Login to OINP e-filling portal. Do not open any other applications.

To submit an application, we need to login to OINP's e-filing portal and then we need to migrate one key account to MyOntario account. However, this migration is not happening. It says our one key account information is not available.
