If you send lots of emails and exceed the limit of Office 365, the user or tenant may be blocked from sending emails. I think 150 recipients one email is fine but don't exceed 10,000 recipients per day.

May 14, 2019 · Email stuck in outbox - office 365. I have started using office 365 on a new computer and my emails are getting stuck in the outbox in outlook. The only thing which frees them up and gets them sent is closing and reopening outlook. The issue is not related to small, large or no attachments in mail. It happens when replying to all mail.

Mar 3, 2023 · Increase mailbox size from 50Gb to 100Gb. I'm running Office 2019 (perpetual licence). I have a Microsoft 365 Business basic plan for Outlook. I'm on the verge of hitting my limit of 50Gb (49.6Gb ish). I read somewhere that I can upgrade the mailbox size to 100Gb by subscribing to a Plan 2 but I have not been able to find the procedure anywhere.
