Jul 27, 2022 · Bing thinks that I'm suddenly in the Netherlands. I did find "Geolocation" service, and made sure that's set to Automatic. It wasn't, but it was already running. It had been on manual. I set it to automatic, then stopped the process and started it again. Unfortunately, it didn't help Bing.

The only way to change the language on that computer is if it has the Ultimate or Enterprise version of Windows installed. Change this to "0809". That's it! Now if you use the en-GB language media creation tool, lo and behold you have the option to keep personal files and apps.
