After reinstalling it still displays the message ""Internet Connection: There was a problem retrieving data. Verify your Internet connection is working and try again." Netflix works fine in Windows Media Center on my laptop, so the problem is limited to my desktop PC.

When turned on, playback is less smooth and sub-hd, even when best quality is selected."
