May 28, 2019 · Hi thanks for the reply. -My windows 10 is home edition. -Netflix app 6.93.375.0 its up to date by the windows store. -the download arrow is totally missing. -I cant download either movies or series. -Yes is the same account that i use in my tablet and phone. -I havent made any mayor change in my computer, i only update the thing and no more.
Dec 17, 2022 · I signed in my account, tried to change the country (I am not from Russia though, so Netflix should work), tried to use other admin account using VPN, but in search field its not even finding it. If i use the link from Netflix site i can open it in in store, but there is no Install option, nonetheless it says in system requirements that app should work on my device.
1. Go to 'Settings' app of your Windows 10 computer. 2. Click 'Update and security' then click 'Troubleshoot'. 3. Under 'Find and fix problems' section click 'Windows Store Apps' and click 'Run the troubleshooter'. 4. Once the process is completed restart the computer and see if it works.

I also tried to move the app entirely to the external but there is no windows setting to do so.
