  7. May 11, 2024 · I have reset the app, cleared cookies, reset the password (even though it works perfectly well through my browser and on the TV). It is suggested that it is an issue with the Microsoft Surface PRO....but I don't understand how being a different laptop would make any difference at all as it is the same operating system as other laptops that work perfectly well?
