Jul 16, 2024 · It appears Netflix has updated its app on the Microsoft Store and it's no longer a Windows application but a PWA (Progressive Web App). I have the old version installed, but when I updated it just now, it became a PWA. Uninstall it and try to install the old version using this link and see if it helps.

Double-click it and change the startup type to Automatic and click "Start". Go to the “Recovery” tab and Click the First Failure dropdown, then select Restart the Service. Click Apply then OK.

May 11, 2024 · I have reset the app, cleared cookies, reset the password (even though it works perfectly well through my browser and on the TV). It is suggested that it is an issue with the Microsoft Surface PRO....but I don't understand how being a different laptop would make any difference at all as it is the same operating system as other laptops that work perfectly well?
