Nana Dharmadhikari, also known as Dr Shri Nanasaheb Dharmadhikari, was an Indian spiritual master and social reformer. He initiated a movement based on the philosophy of Samarth Ramdas and delivered lectures on Hindu spiritual literature to millions of followers.
Dr. Shri Nanasaheb Dharmadhikari was born on 1 st March 1922 in village Revadanda, Taluka Alibag, Dist. Raigad of Maharashtra State. However Dr. Shri Nanasaheb breathed his last on 8 th July 2008. Hence this award was received by Dr. Shri Appasaheb Dharmadhikari on 25 th Nov. 2008 at Kharghar, Navi Mumbai at the hands of honourable Ex-Chief Minister Shri Vilasraoji Deshmukh in a glittering ceremony. This event was attended by a mammoth gathering of more than Fourty lakh people.
