Hi, am on Windows 10 64bit and I have followed your outlined installation guide for MTK VCOM drivers; however, my phone (Infinix X554 MTK6580) is being detected as a USB Serial Device in the Device Manager. SP Flash Tool (v5.1636.00 downloaded from the links provided here) detects it also as a USB Serial Device.

1) The drivers are installing correctly for the device but, Windows may not be permitting them to work because the driver signature is not being permitted. That's a common issue that requires you to manually stop Windows driver enforcement. This is something that i can't really effectively provide via forum texting.
