The SP Flash Tool will be able to transfer the firmware to your device trough this interfaces.

1) The drivers are installing correctly for the device but, Windows may not be permitting them to work because the driver signature is not being permitted. That's a common issue that requires you to manually stop Windows driver enforcement. This is something that i can't really effectively provide via forum texting.
