I would like to set download path for Edge using EdgeOptions. I am suing below code but its not setting path. I use Selenium and EdgeDriver (EdgeHtml) V18. Before I am able to extract the text from this tag, now it Fails with an 'unkowen error' Here my tag: " " I Need the text ' (002)', but this value changes. I used FindElement (By.Id (="border_currentpage")).text, but this works only once, at the next page it Fails after this update. Thanks for helping.

Nov 5, 2024 · Copper Contributor. Nov 13, 2023. Edge v119 vs EdgeDriver v119 for Selenium. A couple weeks ago I was on version 118 for both Edge/Driver and my Selenium code worked. It would bring up Edge, log in the user, maximize the window, navigate, etc. Last monday Edge was updated to version 119 and it no longer worked. I updated the Edge Driver to match.

If you have an older backup of your system, locate the HubApps file from your backup. Copy the HubApps file from your backup to the Default folder inside the microsoft-edge directory.

May 5, 2021 · I'm on the Mac Version 104.0.1293.63 of Edge. Anyone have any ideas how to just let the file download without me having to click on "keep" ? Very silly this is even turned on by default, button way to turn off Edge asking me either. ALSO why do Chrome and Edge BOTH (Chromium based) browsers keep setting themselves to "auto-launch at login"?
