Nov 30, 2020 · The idea is that, despite your best effort to click once, you still get a dblclick, that is what we call a "malfunction doubleclick". If you doubleclick intentionally then yeah you get a doubleclick lol
After months of trying to fix it on my now, this actually work for my G602 mouse. Hopefully it will work fine for a bit. I am not getting double clicks on the double click mouse test. Really hoping that I don't have to do this every week.
Jan 31, 2019 · I can cause it to doubleclick by just slightly rolling my finger on the mouse button. Test 20/21 the clicking is happening. I blow into the left mouse button, When trying to force double click by rocking my finger back and forth it no longer double clicks. This idea was pulled from an older thread about possibly dirty contacts.
Blow under the right click cover, it actualy get rid of the double click, at least for now. What the heck, this actually worked! I was having multi click issues with all the buttons on my g pro wireless. Basically when pressing down and not releasing the button I could click multiple times without realising, to get around the issue i was just pressing the buttons harder which seemed to help, however one good ol blow under the right mouse button has now magically fixed the side buttons as
-I tested this using a wet towel as a mouse mat, the problem still occurs. -When "charged", one slow click can end up with above 10 clicks, if you lift up your finger slowly -After making sure the problem was happening, took the mouse into a shower with me (didnt dip it in water, dont worry) and let it sit on a shelf for the duration.
I don't believe that all wireless mouse are destined to double-click. My first wireless mouse was a cheap hunk of plastic brick from China that cost like $10. It was heavy and clunky but it never got the double-click issue. Only when I started buying branded wireless mouse like Razer and Logitech did I encounter this issue and it's annoying.
Oct 5, 2020 · After my mouse (G502) started double-clicking, I started shopping for a new mouse and saw that most gaming mice have the same issue after a period of time. Since I would be dealing with this issue anyway if I replaced my mouse with the G502 Hero, I started looking around for a fix.
Issue: Whenever you click once the mouse registers a double click. It causes problem to drag and click. FIX and EXPLANATION: This issue is caused by static electricity buildup inside your mouse (if the mouse isn't broken). To fix this, simply breathe into the gap between the mouse and the mouse button.
Dec 12, 2018 · On my old G703 I used to have the same issue as you where if I hold down my right mouse button and let off a little pressure it will click without me actually letting go of the button. Edit* Im getting the same dblclick notification when I quickly press M1 on my EC2-A and GPW.
Mar 7, 2019 · I took the scroll wheel switch out of a B100 and replaced my G903 right click switch with it. The difference is amazing, not only did it get rid of the double click but now the right click has a nice meaty click to it since it's made to be a lot more durable than the cheap switches Logitech originally installed.
