May 20, 2020 · I have an existing microsoft account. After achieving my Microsoft Office Specialist certification, an email was received. "Access the Microsoft Learning Benefits and Exams Dashboard within 90 days of certification. You will need to create a Microsoft Account. Your Microsoft Certification ID and a temporary access code are below."
Sign in to the Microsoft Certification Dashboard and login with your credentials. Go to your Dashboard > View Transcript > select “Share or Download”. On the next page, you can create an Access Code. The code must be alphanumeric with a minimum of 8 characters.
