Then in the process is asking for QR code , but the QR code was already used and is allways in a loop because the code was already used. Strangely i can login in the mobile.

May 20, 2020 · On the left, select users. Select the user account for which you wish to re-acquire the QR Code. Scroll down to Authentication Contact Info and select Authentication Methods. Under Authentication Contact Info, select Access Panel Profile. On the right, select Additional Security Verification. You can now select Set up Authenticator App.
Feb 15, 2024 · Authenticator App needs new QR code for Admin. I am the adminstrator of our company OneDrive and I cannot login. The Authnticator app on my phone is asking for a QR code again, but the only way I can get the QR code is to generate a new one once logged in. Which I cannot do as I only have the App as verification for login via authenticator or code.
