Sep 15, 2021 · Today, my Xiaomi was delivered. Even though it might be unsafe, I tested XiaoMiToolv2. The tool works, but it showed the message "Please unlock 168 hours later. And do not add your account in MIUI again, otherwise, you will wait from scratch". So unfortunately there is a waiting time, but at least the first part works on Linux with Poco X3 Pro ...
Aug 26, 2017 · This is the tool's latest version as of 28 August, 2017. 1. Extract the zipped archive of MI Unlock tool to a new folder in the root of your system drive, like C:\any_folder. I extracted it to C:\unlock, making the path of the tool's executable: "C:\unlock\miflash_unlock.exe".
Jun 15, 2022 · Basically, you can use mtkclient to unlock your bootloader, instead of going through all of the hassle involved with the mi_unlock tool! I have tested this on my global redmi 9c, running the latest MIUI. I tested this on Linux, but the same should apply running it from Windows. You can follow the directions here:

Apr 25, 2018 · When u try to unlock using tool then everything should match to that of server Then It will send u unlock key. Dont update or change rom from beta to stable. Just keep cloud sync on and wait for couple of days. Make sure u enable oem unlock, usb debugging, and fastboot driver installed shows ur device is connected. Try after 3 days.
