Jan 5, 2022 · The Windows Auto-tuning level was disabled. Pause all downloads and close the Xbox app. Here is what fixed it : 1. Open PowerShell as administrator. 2. Enter this command -> netsh interface tcp show global. 3. For me, the "Receive Window Auto-Tuning Level" was set to disabled.
