Sep 9, 2021 · Play or watch Enter the Matrix after Reloaded because the last part of the game takes place after the end of Reloaded. So it would be Matrix, Animatrix, Reloaded, Enter the Matrix, Revolutions. (Then John Wick 1 - 3 LOL) There is 2 approaches to watching here.
Sep 25, 2023 · The Matrix: 9.5/10 Phenomenal movie with such an intriguing world and concept for the sci-fi genre. The only reason why it’s not 10/10 is because considering all movies it’s ALMOST perfect. The Matrix Reloaded: 7.5/10 A significant downgrade from its predecessor but still a great watch.

And personally I feel The Second Renaissance shorts are best viewed after being introduced to the matrix in the first movie. It fills out Reloadeds story and several scenes in this are referred in Revolutions. Also it fleshes out Locke, Niobe and Ghost which makes them more meaningful for Revolutions. Jan 4, 2022 · It fits the theme of the setting, unlike, for example, the Star Wars sequels. Matrix 4 would be almost as good as Matrix 1 in terms of being a movie about its time wrapped in a classic tale (this time a traditional love story), but it lacked the quality kung-fu choreographies that also made Matrix 1 special.
Yeah. Its 90s aesthetics creep in around the edges. Which is fine, movies are products of their time. However, they do manage to skirt around a lot of issues by having the Matrix, the system, be set in the late 1990s. So Mr. Anderson having sweet hacker minidiscs can be written off as that.
