Search results
On your computer, open Google Maps. Click Directions . Click points on the map, type an address, or add a place name. Choose your mode of transportation. To get driving directions, click Driving . To get transit directions, click Transit . To get walking directions, click Walking . To get rideshare or taxi options, click Ride .
On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Maps app . Open Google Maps. If you don’t yet have the app, download it from the Play Store. Search for your destination or tap it on the map. In the bottom left, tap Directions . Choose your mode of transportation. To get driving directions, tap Driving .
Explore the area. You can navigate and rotate your view while in Street View mode. Computers. Left-click and hold. Then, move to the right or left. In some places, you can drag the image down to look skyward.

This feature is available on your iPhone or iPad on iOS 11 and above. On the lock screen of your iPhone or iPad, swipe left to right until you see a list of widgets. Scroll to the bottom and tap Edit. Tap Add "Google Traffic" . Tap Done. You should see nearby traffic information in the Today view. Give feedback about this article.
