Mar 13, 2015 · Same problem for me too! I can login to the spotify website with my account, but I can't login to the app on my smart phone, tablet, or the app on my computer. On each device it says "Unable to Login. Either the username or password is incorrect". However, I use the same username and password at spotify.com and it lets me in every time.

Oct 31, 2015 · If you cant remember your username (usually it's your email address without the domain name), just head over to your profile page then login using your complete email address and password. Once you're logged in, click on Account overview on the left side bar. From there, you can see your username. 🙂. View solution in original post.
