Feb 21, 2016 · Hi, I need to gain experience in using Base. - Actually Access, but only have Base. I would like to download a series of tables that I can then manipulate for searching and forming queries, forms and reports. I have searched but cannot locate a free sample database. Please advise?

Feb 22, 2012 · The example databases that go with the Base Handbook v3.5-3.6 have now been made available (mailing list reference) on the Handbook page. Update (2018-03-07) - the Base Handbook v. 5.0 databases are also available as a ZIP from the link above.
Aug 21, 2016 · Saying it’s not advisable to install or use an old version of LibreOffice is not entirely helpful. People may have reasons for wanting an earlier version, including that they use an older operating system (e.g. OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard) and are unable to upgrade to a newer one, or they want to security assessments of earlier versions.
Dec 31, 2019 · For earlier versions start at Index of /libreoffice/old and select the appropriate version; note the help file version must match the version of LO you have installed. Jul 18, 2018 · Hi, I have Images stored in LibreOffice Base in a table field LongVarBinary. I created a form where I can insert and delete images. Now I am keeping images there to use later. I want to add a download button to download the selected stored image. I searched online and I have yet to find anything useful on how to do that. Can Anyone help? Using default DB. I know I can link the image rather than storing it in the DB but I want to keep it in the DB to make it easier for others. Is there a way ...

Nov 12, 2016 · I have LibreOffice, and I am very happy with the Document Processor, which in some cases is better than Word. But I cannot find the database program, or it doesn’t work at all in the Libre version I downloaded. I am using soda.com at the moment, but it is so uncomfortable to work with it that I need something else. I prefer to count my losses and start again with something more manageable.
